Cancellation & Refunds

These policies are effective as of the time you submit your deposit, book your services or group classes, join a membership program, or buy any courses or subscription boxes.

Cancellation Policy

MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS: All membership programs run on a pre-payment basis where people have to pay first before joining the program. Those who have been enrolled in Siazmi tribe membership may cancel within 7 days prior to the starting date of next month of the membership program, and you will not be charged for the next month. For more, check the refund policy below.​

BOOKINGS: Your payment is fully refundable minus the platform transaction fee+ currency conversion fee if you cancel between 7 and 30 days prior to the service/event.  No refunds are possible after 7 days prior to the starting date.

Refunds are to be made by opting for a refund in your user account or by sending a written email on the website's contact form below with the subject “your name – your service – refund”.​ For more, check the booking refund policy below.

RESCHEDULE BY US: Siazmi co. and Shweta Chopra reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any scheduled booking or to replace personnel due to low enrollment or circumstances beyond my control. If a booking is rescheduled or canceled, participants will be given notice by Siazmi co. at least three business days before the start of the program. You may then enroll in the next available offering of the program. Should this occur, if desired by you, all collected payments to date will be refunded.

DEPOSIT: If there is any deposit specifically stated in any program under the name of Deposit anywhere on this site, the deposit therein for the program is non-refundable and non-transferable.

PAYMENT PLANS: Payment Plan options can be found on the Registration/Pricing and Payment Options section of the related website page.  Monthly automatic debit/credit card billing is required in case of recurring subscriptions. You can download your invoice from your user account against any product payment you have made.

TRANSFERS/SUBSTITUTIONS: You may not transfer to another program nor substitute another person in your place. If found fraudulent, your subscription shall be canceled and no refunds shall be made.

EMERGENCIES: I will always try to accommodate absences resulting from emergencies such as severe illness, accidents, etc. However, adjustments can be challenging.  Therefore I am not able to accommodate requests for withdrawals for any other reason, such as work scheduling issues, family vacations, personal reasons, etc.

All Digital event/Webinar/Virtual Retreat Purchases – Refund Policy

  • 7+ days before the event– a full refund will be offered - minus platform transaction, currency conversion, or any other applicable fee.
  • Within 0-7 days of the event – no refund will be offered.

All Course Purchases – Refund Policy

  • No refunds are available for digital courses because of the nature of the digitally transferrable products. No exceptions are allowed unless a specific refund guarantee has been made on a course page. In that case, the said course shall only be eligible for refunds and no other courses.
Memberships – Refund Policy

  • 7+ days before renewal – a full refund will be offered - minus platform transaction, currency conversion or any other applicable fee.
  • Within 0-7 days of the renewal– no refund will be offered.
  • No refunds are available when the due course of the membership is running/over, even if you have not signed in, and availed the benefits of the said program/membership. Note: Memberships are recurring in nature, so it is your responsibility to decide in time and take the most benefits out of them.

Individual bookings – Cancellation Policy

  • 7+ Days' notice is required when canceling an individual session, service, coaching, 1-1 mentorship, etc. Those who do not give  7+ days' notice will be charged the full amount for the session. Refer to the refund section above for refunds.
  • If you have booked any service within 7 days of its starting date, then you can still cancel/reschedule the service within a 36 hours notice, i.e. within one and a half days of the booking. For any further clarity, contact me.

NOTE: None of the refunds or cancellation policy above applies to any physical products. This policy will be introduced as and when we sell any physical products. Though, as a best practice, if any physical product is being sold on the platform, should you wish to return/exchange it, you need to put in a refund/exchange request within 7 days of the purchase. After that, all sales will be considered final.
